Mary Adams is a junior and is the pride of Peoria, IL. When she's not immersed in TV, Mary plays with chemistry models and admires her favorite acid, phosphoric acid. She loves to rock out to 80's music while trying to drive a stick shift... one of her many goals in life. Mary plans to soo drive her manual transmission to a medical school near you!

Brittany Armor is a sophomore from Omaha. She dislikes smoking. That's why she plans on becoming a pharmacist so that she can better market nicotine patches.

Suzi Barton Suzi "Le Chatelier" Barton is a junior from Wichita, KS. Just like her twin, Courtney, she has a passion for equilibrium. In fact she's still trying to figure out which way to shift because of the stress of Physics and Physical Chemistry. Some day she will again reach equilibrium and attend graduate school.

Courtney Boots is a sophomore and the younger of the Le Chatelier twins. He shifts from right to left depending on which political rally he attends.

Megan Bowman Megan "the Chem Goddess" Bowman is a sophomore from Iowa. Some day she will be a dentist but her secret desire is to start her own wart removal service using her favorite liquid, nitrogen.

Amanda Chalker is a sophomore from "There's No Place Like Home" Meade, KS. She intends to spend the rest of her life pushing pills---- as a pharmacist with her imaginary friend Steve.

Adam Cleveland is a senior and a native of Pheonix, AZ. For him chemistry is a blast! That's what he'll do for you at the end of the show-- send you out with a blast.

Nicole Engels is a sophomore from Pheonix, AZ. She likes to tell everyone that she trekked the Alps last summer but we all know that she spends every free moment in a lab. A true chemist, she is a whiz in the lab but has a little trouble when it comes to walking down stairs.

Marcel Fallet Marcel "M-to-the-cell" Fallet is constantly attached to his cell phone. He is a self-proclaimed gaming fanatic and champion of perchloric acid, Marcel thinks of himself as some sort of techno junkie. While he lives in Columbus, NE he dislikes country music and dislikes edible internal organs. While nobad really knows what that means maybe we should let this Gilgamesh crazed junior do what he does best... Entertain.

Rohesh Fernando is a displaced Colorado native. As a junior chem major he is often found playing with his model kit. He has a propensity for daydreaming and lo0king at ingredients on commercial products. When he's not dreaming about his favorite molecuel, histidine, he's dreaming about his future as a physician.

Shennen Floy is a senior from Thornton, Iowa. Shennen is a resident advisor, co-president of the chem club, chemistry and biology teaching assistant, chemistry tutor, a member of the honors program, double major in chemistry and biology, and a big fan of Michael Mao. To have this much energy she must really be a Black Magic Woman.

Andy Gard is a senior from Lincoln, NE who will get a double major in chemistry and physics. He spends most of his time in instrumental analysis watching the “stripping” anode. He will attend medical school after graduation.

Kate Germer is a junior who came to Creighton all the way from Lincoln, NE. She enjoys running—especially around lab benches. She is the only chemistry major known to have (or admits to having) double jointed shoulders.

Richard Gonzalez is a senior from Omaha. When he’s not practicing with the tennis team, he spends his time hanging out in the majors room drinking Dr. Pepper and reading Garfield comic books in preparation for attending medical school next year.

Mary Hagan is another chemistry major from Wichita, KS. She fondly remembers her close encounter of the sixth kind with sulfuric acid. Some day she may end up in medical school or better yet move to the Arctic with Andy Gard.

Sehr Haroon is a junior chemistry major who lists Karachi, Pakistan as her home town. However we all know that she lives in the majors room! She is known as “Buffer the Vampire Slayer.” Medical school is in the future for this princess.

Kristin Houser Kristin “the Dancer” Houser – loves to dance or should we say to “shake it up.” Some day she hopes to get physical as a physical therapist.

Dan Kalin is back at Creighton from spending this past summer studying in Ireland. As a junior chemistry major, he fondly remembers all the time he spent as a freshman in the tutor room. After great reflection he has figured out that he didn’t like 4th grade handwriting class or organic chemistry, but likes working out and biochemistry.

Evan Kimura hails from Kealakekua, HI. He likes to eat a lot (because he doesn’t gain weight) and having a good time with the rest of the seniors. After graduation he plans on attending medical school.

Annie Kouri Annie “I’m great in chem lab” Kouri – has the secret desire to become a Dallas Cowboy cheerleader. Instead she’ll end up as a chemistry major and go on to medical school.

Nick Mancuso is a sophomore from Omaha. He spends his free time eating and celebrating that the Red Sox won the pennant. He plans some day to become a physician.

Michael Mao Michael “you talking to me” Mao – hailing from Omaha, Nebraska Mike enjoys chemistry, medicine, the sweet sensation of dichloromethane, and Mountain Dew. One day he hopes of to become the first doctor to specialize in both geriatrics and pyrotechnics.

Tom McCarthy is senior from Chicago. When he’s not making fun of Wentzel, he’s playing on the tennis team. When he graduates, he plans on becoming a physician or “fry guy” at McDonalds, whichever pays more.

Janel Michels Janel “Chemistry + communications major = ???” – Janel enjoys the food channel, travel, and summer. Janel plans to become heiress to the Creighton Musichemical Empire where she will use her right wing views to take the show to Washington and perform for then President Jeb Bush.

Gina Miller is a sophomore from Stigler, OK. She enjoys living in tornado alley and playing with her pet calf, Booger. Next year she will bubble on in as a chemistry major.

David Moody All the way from Kansas City, David finds himself in the best mood when he’s outdoors kayaking, cooking, and hiking. He is rumored to be a David Duchovney look alike—decide for your self. He someday would like to settle down and be a professional researcher.

Kim Phan is a senior who was born in Vietnam but grew up in Omaha. Kim just likes to hang out with friends and take in a movie. Some day she’ll actually finish her application to dental school.

Melissa Plog Melissa’s allegedly been voted one of the hottest majors in the department. Originally from Burnsville, MN, don’t let her cute looks trick you, because deep down, Melissa is one of Creighton University’s very intense softball pitchers. When she’s not striking batters out, Melissa enjoys explaining why her right bicep is larger than her left. She someday plans to be a pediatrician.

Trenton Pruden Trenton “ the Rocket” Pruden – plans on pursuing a Ph.D in chemistry. He enjoys eating so much that he once ate a Quizno toasted sub napkin and all. He is known to rival Legolas with a long bow.

Jim Ramig is a junior chemistry major from Orland Park, IL who possesses unique talents: 1. he can bend wet noodles with his bare hands; 2. he can leap over small bushes with a single bound; and 3. he is faster than a slow moving freight train. He’s one hot guy!

Jen Rutkowski is a senior from Honolulu, HI. With the last name of Rutkowski, who would ever guess that she is the great-great-great granddaughter of King Kamehameha the Great! Next year she plans on attending graduate school in chemical engineering.

Michelle Schoonover is a senior from Lee’s Summit, MO. She loves being involved in intramural sports and reading. Her next favorite Disney Character after Aladdin is Heisenberg, but we’re a little uncertain about that. Upon graduation she plans on getting a Ph.D. in biochemistry we’re not uncertain about that but we don’t know where she’ll go.

Jon Schubert Jon is currently trying to make his way through the chemistry major on the long road to become a dentist. His love of chemistry is deep, falling in love with sulfuric acid which he claims to be first in his heart, much better than that silly phosphoric acid.

Elizabeth Sterner is a sophomore from Stillwater, MN. Her two greatest passions in life are raising chickens and chemistry lab. How they go together we will never know. Her other interests include jewelry making and “book” making.
Kylie Steuben is thetechnical expert for the show. If you want to meet her, just go to the tutor room . There she spends countless hours helping the “needy” general and organic chemistry students.

Briggs Strelow Briggs “I spell me name Briggz on my license plate” Strelow – This man wants it all with med school, a wife, kids, and to one day replace the Creighton library with the Briggs Strelow Memorial European Car Collection. Lofty ambitions for a man on a magic carpet ride stuck in 1812 popping his balloons.

Jill Tyner is a junior from Kansas City. She’s our behind-the-scenes person in the show. Because you won’t see her she would like everyone to know that she can’t wink her right eye.

Michael Wentzel Michael “DEET it up” Wentzel – Mike is on a mission from God. He plans to go to graduate school and continue is never ending struggle with his HPLC. With his superior balance due to his eleventh toe nicknamed “Little J” Mike will enchant us all and someday save the world…..just like Elwood Blue. In his off time, Mike plays intramural sports, along with hat and mini-flag collecting……just like Elwood.

Valerie Williams Valerie “I survived Honors General Chemistry “ Williams – will unfortunately forgo her desire to be a chemistry major to become a pharmacist. When she’s not eating Mike and Ikes, she’s admiring those blobs of ink that get stuck to your pen when you write.

DR. GARY MICHELS (FACULTY DIRECTOR AND PRODUCER)
The father of the Creighton Chemistry Show, Dr. Michels role is behind the scenes where he structures the show from the ground up. Trained in the black arts of physical chemistry, Dr. Michels has taught almost every performer. His only problem is constantly wondering what is in all of those beakers.

Jiro Fujita (technical director) Jiro hails from Kanazawa, Japan where he enjoys hitting the slopes for some down hill skiing. Like every great musical presentation the technical requirements for this Musichemical manifestation are numerous. Jiro has digitized the show music, produced DVD’s for the show, and has determined how to project the show so all can see the details.
