Virtual Tour Stop #4
Undergraduate Research
Undergraduate students have the opportunity to do research with our faculty members. Students interested in research usually sign up for one credit per semester and spend about three hours per week in the lab of a faculty member. Freshmen (normally second semester) and sophomores sign up for Chm 297, while juniors and seniors sign up for Chm 496. If you are interested in this possibility, visit with your professor or visit the “Faculty” section, under “People” at this website (Go there now).

Completed research projects are presented at an annual poster session or at the Nebraska Academy of Sciences (in April) or at St. Albert's Day in November.
